About the role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be a key player in supporting our BlueRock employees. We are open to this role being full or part time.

• Complete end-to-end payroll including superannuation and other payroll admin.
• Help to lead and inspire our dynamic payroll team to deliver accurate, timely results while driving process improvements and fostering a positive team culture.
• Liaise with our wonderful clients with the support of the broader accounting team.
• Ensuring all payroll processes are efficient and compliant. We’re always looking for ways to improve!
• Working daily with our payroll system, Employment Hero!

Requirements

We want to hear from people who:

• Experience with some payroll systems like Employment Hero, Tanda or Quickbooks is heavily preferred.
• Have basic to intermediate IT and Microsoft Suite skills. 
• Some experience with Awards would be ideal but not required
• Have any payroll courses or certifications are a bonus - university accredited courses not required.
• Have permanent working rights in Australia – this is a permanent ongoing role.
