The company is growing rapidly and is expanding its global footprint. At the same time, its market leading SaaS platform continues to expand and evolve. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven Partner Channel and Development Manager to support the tactical execution, enablement and day-to-day management of our partner ecosystem.
 
This role is critical to the continued development and growth of our partner channel, with a direct impact on scaling our SaaS software revenue through close collaboration with partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, is passionate about building strong relationships and is committed to holding partners accountable while enabling their success. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily communications and tactical execution with assigned partners, ensuring alignment of goals, timelines, and deliverables 

  • Drive partner performance and hold partners accountable for pipeline development, lead generation, and revenue contributions 

  • Support the development and growth of the partner ecosystem through structured enablement programs, onboarding and ongoing relationship management 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, customer success, and operations to align on partner strategies, initiatives and drive joint execution 

  • Track and manage multiple partner-related projects, joint campaigns, and performance against KPIs holding partners accountable for deliverables, pipeline development, and revenue goals 

  • Assist with the execution of partner business plans, QBRs, co-selling motions, reporting, strategic planning sessions and partner-facing events to accelerate go-to-market execution 

  • Drive partner engagement through regular touchpoints, training, and shared performance metrics 

  • Ensure accurate, detailed partner plans, CRM records, and regular reporting on partner activities and pipeline status 

  • Identify opportunities to optimize the partner’s experience and recommend enhancements to program processes, tools, or collateral 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in channel or partner management, preferably in a SaaS environment 

  • Proven success to manage multiple partners, business development, enablement, onboarding and competing priorities with strong organizational skills 

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives and timelines 

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and relationship management skills 

  • Proven capability to drive sales performance and exceed revenue targets through partner channels  

  • A team player who works well across functions and holds external stakeholders accountable while maintaining positive partnerships 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail 

  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams to align and execute on partner goals 

  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and project management tools
