As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT), you'll work in a supportive environment that allows you to focus on delivering exceptional patient care. Our structured scheduling provides time for individualized treatment, documentation, and collaboration, so you can concentrate on making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families you serve.

Occupational Therapist Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve:
- Fine motor and gross motor skills
- Sensory processing
- Coordination and balance
- Strength and range of motion
- Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Functional independence
- Educate and train parents and caregivers on home programs and therapeutic strategies.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, family-centered care.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) when applicable.
- Complete timely documentation while maintaining compliance with state and company standards.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and families through compassionate, one-on-one care.
- Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current Texas Occupational Therapist license (or eligible to obtain before start date).
- Pediatric Occupational Therapy experience preferred.
- One year of experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Passion for helping children achieve developmental milestones and greater independence.
