About the Role
We're looking for a Mid/Senior Software Engineer to help build the systems behind our AI-powered products.
You'll primarily focus on backend development while contributing across the stack when needed. From internal platforms and automation tools to analytics dashboards and core product infrastructure, you'll own projects end-to-end, solve complex engineering challenges, and help shape the technical standards of our team.
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale backend systems that power our AI-driven products and internal platforms.
- Develop and improve web applications, including admin dashboards, automation tools, and analytics platforms.
- Own projects end-to-end, from technical design to deployment and long-term maintenance.
- Design clean, scalable architectures and write reliable, high-quality code.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Continuously explore new technologies and AI-powered development tools to improve how we build.
- Contribute to engineering excellence through documentation, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
What We Look For
- 5+ years of professional experience building and shipping production software.
- Strong backend expertise with Node.js, SQL databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL), and caching technologies such as Redis or Memcached.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and modern cloud-native development practices.
- Strong frontend development skills with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development workflows.
- Experience with Python, AI technologies, message queues (e.g. RabbitMQ), or advanced Google Cloud Platform services is a strong plus.
- A strong understanding of scalable system design, code quality, and maintainable architecture.
- Ability to take ownership, solve complex technical challenges, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Professional proficiency in English.
