The opportunity

We're looking for a leader who excels at building high-performing teams, partners effectively across the business and continuously improves how work gets done.

You'll combine strong people leadership with stakeholder influence and operational thinking.

You know how to develop capability, create clarity and bring others on the journey, while also identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance systems and improve the client experience.
