We are looking for:

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and providing immediate predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance on all manufacturing plant equipment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Repair of production equipment from basic hydraulic equipment to complex CNC machinery, performing both electrical and mechanical work
•  Electrical 480V 3 phase and control voltage experience

Implement plant improvements and modifications as assigned

• Communicating accurately, concisely, and professionally with your customer as to important repair steps taken, parts ordered, and time estimated until completion
• Ability to express intelligently core hydraulic and electrical principles
• Experience in PLC and/or CNC, and test equipment repair procedures
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and/or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) knowledge is preferred
• Excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills
• Highly disciplined, problem-solver, logical thinking, troubleshooting team player with a strong work ethic
• Able to lift and carry products and/or equipment of up to 50 lbs
• Work with Operations to schedule maintenance of machinery as to minimize downtime during peak production times
• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices
• Assist with office or production area moves, coordinating with other pertinent departments
• Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all departments
• Other duties as assigned
• Knowledge of machine schematics and control diagrams
• Knowledgeable of compressed air systems
• Capable of working on and keeping track of several projects at a timeEducation

• Graduation from a standard high school or vocational school is preferred but not required.
• Additional training or experience is acceptable
• Safety-sensitive position
