Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor

Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals
• Support case review, documentation, ethics, and treatment planning
• Offer feedback that helps supervisees strengthen clinical judgment
• Maintain supervision records according to applicable state requirements
• Help support Gotham’s Find a Supervisor platform by being available to qualified clinicians

Requirements

• Active Alabama clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Must be qualified to provide supervision under Alabama board requirements
• Prior supervision experience preferred
