Pay Rate: $35 – $45/hour

Overview

Rooter Hero is seeking an experienced Lead Plumbing Installer to join our team. In this role, you will oversee residential plumbing installation projects while leading a small crew. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned installer with leadership experience who wants to grow their career in a high-performing, supportive environment.

Please Note: While this position is based out of our Los Angeles location, our team services customers throughout the greater Los Angeles area, including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Inglewood, Torrance, Long Beach, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, and surrounding communities. Candidates should be comfortable traveling throughout our service territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2–4 workers on residential plumbing installation projects
• Install and oversee installation of water distribution and disposal systems
• Travel to customer job sites throughout the assigned service area
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code
• Train, guide, and support team members in proper installation techniques
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in top condition
• Collaborate with management to meet project timelines and quality standards

Requirements

• At least 5 years of plumbing installation experience with leadership responsibilities
• Solid understanding of plumbing concepts, water distribution, and disposal systems in residential buildings
• Valid driver’s license with minimal DMV infractions
• Must own basic plumbing tools and battery-operated tools
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Strong work ethic, communication ability, and problem-solving skills
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
