But what really sets us apart is our people.

We’re a supportive, customer‑focused team that works together to deliver great outcomes for our customers and for each other. We create an environment where people feel encouraged to grow, develop their skills and do their best work.

If you’re looking for a workplace that supports your development and creates an inclusive, collaborative environment, you’ll feel right at home at FleetPartners.

THE ROLE

As a Key Account Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Relationship Managers to support a portfolio of key customers and help deliver an exceptional customer experience. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service, account coordination, and relationship management, ensuring customers receive the support they need while helping the team achieve its KPIs.

You'll build strong relationships with customers, coordinate account activities, identify opportunities to grow existing accounts, and ensure customers get the most value from their partnership with FleetPartners. While you'll spend most of your time working collaboratively from the office, you'll also have the opportunity to meet customers face-to-face a couple of times each month alongside the Relationship Managers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a long term opportunity who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working in a collaborative team environment, with the chance to develop their account management skills and contribute to the growth of key customer relationships.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Support Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of key customer accounts.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Coordinate account activities and ensure customer requests are managed efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand the services customers use.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations and customer communications to support account plans.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the best outcomes for customers.
  • Help achieve team sales, retention and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Attend customer meetings alongside Relationship Managers to strengthen partnerships and better understand customer needs.

ABOUT YOU

You're a confident, relationship-focused professional who enjoys working closely with customers and supporting long-term account growth. You thrive in a hands-on role, take ownership of your work, and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels. You're comfortable managing competing priorities, advocating for your customers, and confidently driving outcomes.

Ideally, you'll bring experience from the fleet, leasing, automotive, or a closely related industry, giving you a solid understanding of the moving parts involved in supporting complex customer accounts and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a B2B customer, account management, or sales support role.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior decision-makers and building trusted customer relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying customer needs and supporting growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Exposure to fleet, automotive, or another market-adjacent industry will be highly regarded.

BENEFITS:

We offer more than just a role:

  • 27 days of annual leave per year.
  • Hybrid work flexibility with a convenient office location with parking on site and a short walk from Ellerslie Station
  • Health insurance from your first day, with a company‑funded subsidy for Southern Cross or Marram.
  • A ‘Dress for your Day’ policy
  • 16 weeks paid parental leave for primary careers, regardless of gender and with no minimum tenure and 4 weeks paid leave for secondary carers
  • Ongoing training to help you develop and grow with real career development opportunities
  • Rewards program, including a range of discounts from a variety of retailers
  • Regular social events, wellbeing initiatives and team activities through our Social Club and Pit Crew
  • An extensive range of other employee benefits.
