About this IT System Engineer role at Netguru

Salary:
- up to 10,000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment)
- up to 12,000 PLN nett (B2B Contract) + 20 days of paid vacation
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Ownership and subject matter expert for tools such as: Google Workspace, 1Password, Slack.
- Ownership on monitoring and security of networks and network devices within Netguru office, updating network systems and managing their life cycle.
- Analysis of the organization's IT needs, selection and implementation of new technologies, applications or solutions.
- Close cooperation with other IT Operations Team members.
- Support for the Leader of the IT Operations Team as part of the search for the best IT & Sec solutions for business.
- Close cooperation with other departments in the company, in particular with Security and Legal departments.
- Consultation and implementation of solutions and requirements of IT, Security, Legal, and Finance teams.
- Preparing and updating documentation, both internal and stakeholder facing
- Knowledge sharing for IT & Sec teams and for Netguru organizations.
- Knowledge and implementation of change management process across the company
- Automation support, verification and process creation for non-tech departments.
- Being a part of the procurement process for new tools, applications and solutions for the company.
- Automation of processes and tools for the IT Ops department and other units in the organization, and maintenance of these automation.
Requirements
Must-haves:
- At least 3 years of relevant prior experience.
- Proven experience with Google Workspace Administration and Configuration, SAML, SSO, API utilisation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- English at a minimum B2 level.
- Flexible and proactive approach to tasks.
Nice-to-haves: Middleware usage ie. Make.com , Zapier, Slack Workflows.
