What you'll do:

• Fan Engagement & Community Building: Contribute to the implementation of fan development strategies, including online and offline initiatives to foster a strong and engaged fan community.  
• Partnership Development & Support: Assist in researching, identifying, and engaging potential partners across various industries, including brands, cultural institutions, and government entities.  
• Content Creation & Coordination: Support the development and execution of special content projects, such as localized music videos, cover projects, and digital campaigns.  
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights within the music industry and related sectors.  
• Coordination: Provide administrative and logistical support for special projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.  
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs to measure the success of various initiatives.  
• Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective information flow.

• A Marketing & Agency Savvy Professional: You possess a strong understanding of marketing principles and have experience working in agencies, particularly within the entertainment or e-commerce sectors.
