Position Summary
As an Insurance Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth management of our fleet's insurance and claims operations. You will coordinate insurance policies, support the end-to-end claims process, communicate with customers and external partners, and ensure that all insurance-related administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
Working closely with insurance companies, workshops, suppliers and internal teams, you will help deliver an excellent customer experience while maintaining efficient operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the annual renewal process of vehicle insurance policies.
- Coordinate new insurance policies, policy amendments and Green Card requests.
- Handle insurance claims from initial reporting through repair coordination and final settlement.
- Liaise with insurance companies, customers, repair shops, roadside assistance providers, assessors, suppliers and other external partners.
- Handle customer inquiries related to insurance cases and returned vehicles.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance cases and update internal systems (e.g. HubSpot).
- Review, register and process invoices related to insurance claims and coordinate reimbursement procedures.
- Support the settlement and closure of insurance claims, including legal and international insurance cases where required.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient day-to-day fleet operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in insurance, claims management, customer service, fleet operations or administrative support will be considered a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience working with insurance companies or the automotive industry will be considered a plus.
- Passion for the automotive industry is always welcome.
