Position Purpose

The Talent & Excitement (T&E) Executive will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, impacting day-to-day functions and talent initiatives within the brand. This role specifically supports the retail division and will be instrumental in ensuring a motivated, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

Responsibilities 

• Support recruitment efforts for interns, contractors and retails staff.
• Assist in the onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and alignment of new hires with the company’s values and goals.
• Operate the employee lifecycle from hiring through offboarding, focusing on compliance, employee engagement, and smooth transitions.
• Manage recruitment and payroll verification for retails employees.
• Support a positive work environment by becoming the point of contact for employee enquiries and promoting engagement initiatives.
• Ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time to maintain employee satisfaction.
• Ensure employee movements are accurately tracked and recorded on the HRIS.
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects to support the department's growth.

Qualifications and Experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or any related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR with focus on HR operations, payroll and engagement.
• Prior experience within the luxury, lifestyle brands, electronics, premium consumer brand, and retail industry will be an advantage.
