Job Description & Requirements

Experience in IT Helpdesk/ Service desk domain (Min. 1 year)

Knowledge on ITSM tool.

Excellent communication skills.

Basic experience in IT Support like OS troubleshooting / Networking / Application support.

Should have handled Global Service Desk operations,

Basic knowledge on Application Architecture.

Proficient on basic ITIL processes like Incident, problem and change management etc.
