Role Overview
At Rehire, we are supporting a leading U.S.-based healthcare organization in the search for a Healthcare Talent Sourcer to join a high-priority recruiting project focused exclusively within the hospice care sector.
We're looking for a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills who can identify, contact, and qualify experienced sales and business development professionals across the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source candidates for Hospice Care Consultant (HCC) positions across the United States.
· Identify professionals with backgrounds in healthcare sales, business development, account management, and referral generation.
· Proactively engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing channels.
· Conduct initial screening calls to assess experience, communication skills, location, and basic role requirements.
· Evaluate candidates’ experience working with physicians, hospitals, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare providers.
· Present qualified candidates to the internal recruiting team for the next stages of the hiring process.
· Maintain accurate and updated candidate information within the ATS.
· Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
· Collaborate closely with a Recruiting Director or Team Lead to understand the target profile and adjust sourcing strategies.
· Provide regular updates regarding sourcing activity, candidate pipelines, and market feedback.
Qualifications:
· At least 3 years’ experience as a Talent Sourcer, HR Recruiter, or Healthcare Recruiter. (MANDATORY)
· Experience recruiting within the healthcare, hospice, home health, medical, pharmaceutical, or related industries is highly preferred.
· Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills. (REQUIRED).
· Strong understanding of proactive sourcing techniques and Boolean searches.
· Hands-on experience using LinkedIn and job boards such as Indeed.
· Experience working with ATS platforms; knowledge of Workday is preferred.
· Ability to conduct structured initial screening calls and assess basic candidate qualifications.
· Strong pipeline management, organization, and follow-up skills.
· Ability to work independently while collaborating with a U.S.-based recruiting team.
· Availability to work primarily during Eastern or Central U.S. business hours.
About the Position:
· Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM (EST time zone GMT -4).
· Work Arrangement: 100% remote, Contractor mode.
