We are looking for Gym Supervisor with the qualifications below:
- A complete understanding and ability to provide the service delivery expected Soho House members
- Degree in Sports Sciences (BESYO) or a recognised fitness certification.
- Instructional and motivational skills
- Being approachable and reliable
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Service oriented
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays
- Spoken and written fluency in English
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Welcome and care of the guests during their stay at Cowshed Active
- Preparation and issuance of non - alcoholic beverages
- Deliver fitness programmes and provide personal training sessions when requested
- Monitor the performance of fitness instructors and support their professional development.
- Expert advice tour guests about the full range of courses, personal training and fitness equipment of the Cowshed Active area
- Creating vouchers
- Billing of services the guest has used at the end of their stay
- Compliance with order and cleanliness in the complete Cowshed Active Area
- Replenishing towels and products
- Filling up the water jugs and provide fresh glasses
- To assist and to ensure that all new starters feel welcome and settled in their new role
