Grant Thornton New Zealand is inviting applications for our 2026/2027 Summer Internship Program.
Our Summer Internship Program aims to provide you with hands-on experience to client work, contribute to meaningful projects and explore the different areas of a Professional Services firm. You will work closely with a team of professionals who will support and guide you through your internship journey. This program offers a unique chance to apply theoretical knowledge gained in your studies to real-world scenarios, enhancing your skills and preparing you for a successful career in accounting.
Free to be yourself, confident and approachable, you must be a great relationship builder and self-motivated who can inspire the people around you with your energy and ideas.
We are looking for students for our teams who are:
- Enrolled in a relevant commerce degree with an interest in the chosen service line
- In their penultimate year of study
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Can work full-time over the summer period from mid-to-late November 2026 to mid February 2027
- Have the right to work in New Zealand
Our Auckland office is recruiting for Audit and Business Advisory Services (Accounting) interns!
