We're looking for an ambitious Field Sales Manager to lead our Netherlands Field Sales Team, grow market share, develop exceptional sales talent, and help more salons succeed.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 12 Field Sales Representatives
- Drive new business growth and increase Treatwell's presence across the Netherlands
- Build a high-performance culture through field coaching, one-to-ones and regular feedback
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline, forecasting and Salesforce performance
- Develop territory strategies that maximise prospecting, walk-ins and venue acquisition
- Partner cross-functionally to continuously improve sales processes and customer experience
Requirements
About You
You'll have:
- Proven experience leading successful B2B or Field Sales teams - 2 years minimum years of people leadership experience
- Strong coaching and people development skills
- A genuine passion for new business sales and winning customers
- Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Experience managing KPIs, pipelines and CRM systems
- A hands-on leadership style—you enjoy being in the field with your team
- Fluency in Dutch and English
