Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying potential customers and conducting market research.
- Support lead generation and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and technical documentation.
- Learn about the company's products and recommend suitable solutions under guidance.
- Respond to basic customer enquiries and escalate technical issues when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product information and quotations.
- Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits with the sales team.
- Build product knowledge and support technical sales activities.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technical sales, engineering solutions, and business development.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and interact with customers.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
