Who is Expert Institutional Business Development?

The Institutional Business Development Expert identifies, develops, and manages strategic partnerships between JazzWorld and large public & private sector institutions across Pakistan. The role builds the pipeline of commercially viable, multi-pillar institutional opportunities, engaging institutional stakeholders, shaping solutions, and structuring deals from concept through proposal and execution support.

The role reports directly to the Head of Institutional Business Development.

What does Expert Institutional Business Development do?

•    Identify and develop strategic business opportunities across government, public sector, development agencies, and large enterprises.

•    Conduct institutional opportunity mapping, market analysis, and gap assessments to identify digital transformation and growth opportunities.

•    Design integrated commercial solutions by leveraging JazzWorld's ecosystem, including Enterprise Connectivity, JazzCash, Mobilink Bank, Garaj, Teknosys, and Insurance.

•    Develop business cases, value propositions, and executive presentations.

•    Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive opportunity qualification, solution development, and execution.

•    Build and manage relationships with institutional stakeholders and support executive-level business engagements.

•    Support the execution of JazzWorld's institutional growth strategy by tracking market trends, government initiatives, and emerging business opportunities.

Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in business management, economics or a related field.

•    3 – 5 years’ experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or digital services.

•    Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication/presentation skills.

•    Background in telecommunications, technology, or digital services is highly desirable.

•    Experience working with government organizations, development agencies, or large institutional clients.
