• Engage with enterprise customers to understand business requirements and recommend tailored customer experience solutions.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities and communicate the value of AI-powered automation and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support solution design, implementation planning, and customer onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive long-term customer success and retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding customer adoption.
• Monitor customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to recommend product and process improvements.
• Stay updated on industry trends, customer experience technologies, AI innovations, and competitive offerings.
• Prepare business presentations, solution proposals, and regular account or project updates.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while contributing to revenue growth and business objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in SaaS, Enterprise Software, Customer Experience, Solution Consulting, Customer Success, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven customer engagement, workflow automation, or digital transformation solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise customers and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate customer requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting customer needs and delivering value-driven recommendations.
• Self-motivated, customer-centric, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, SaaS business models, and customer lifecycle management is an advantage.
