About the Role
As a Structural Engineer I, you’ll join our growing structural engineering team as an early-career engineer. Working under close supervision and mentorship, you’ll support the analysis and design of foundations, steel structures, and other structures for a diverse range of renewable energy projects (PV, BESS, HV).
What You'll Do :

Under the direction of senior engineers, perform structural analysis and design for foundations (driven piles, screw and helical piles, and cast-in-place concrete), overhead steel structures, building envelopes, and non-building structures.

Apply industry codes and standards — including ASCE 7, IBC, NESC, ASCE 113, IEEE 693, and NFPA — to assigned tasks with guidance.

Adhere to applicable Client, EPC, Owner, and Utility standards on all assigned work.

Support the development of structural drawings and details with designers and the civil design team, including inputs to foundation bills of material (BOMs).

Use engineering software (Excel and RISA; VBA and Python a plus) to complete and document calculations.

Perform self-checks, document work clearly, and build toward EIT/FE licensure.
What We're Looking For:

A bachelor’s degree in structural, civil, or related engineering from an ABET-accredited program.

0+ years of experience; internship or co-op experience a plus. EIT/FE optional but encouraged.

Foundational understanding of structural analysis and design principles.

Familiarity with structural analysis software (RISA or similar) and Excel; VBA and Python a plus.

Strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and ability to follow direction.
