About this Embedded Senior / Software Engineer Wi-Fi & Telecom Protocols role at Fuku

-Design and test complex embedded software, real-time controllers, and containerized systems.
-Build automated CI/CD release pipelines and reliable test frameworks.

Choose your technical path: We are actively hiring across 2 distinct technical disciplines:
Option 1: Synchronization & Clocking (Engineer / Senior)
Focus: Clocking, IEEE 1588 protocol stack development, PTP, and SyncE.
Option 2: PON / Fiber Access (Engineer / Senior)
Focus: GPON, XGSPON, ONT, OLT, OMCI, and GEM DBA technologies.
About you
-Background: Deep wireless, synchronization, or telecom protocol experience with comprehensive expertise across wireless driver development, chipset firmware, radio calibration, MAC80211, and Wi-Fi software architecture.
-Level: Open to multiple roles and levels (Engineer: 2–4 years / Senior Engineer: 5–10 years), with approx. 3–8 years of overall experience.
