The Distribution Lead will be a working lead who provides leadership to distribution/ light assembly team members by demonstrating and teaching standard practices, identifying and implementing improvements, and providing tactical leadership on the floor. The Distribution Lead will have knowledge of company processes and resources and will have effective communication skills.  Additionally, this individual will have the trust and confidence of others with an established demonstration of personal discipline, a drive to produce a quality product, and strong personal integrity.

This is an internal position open only to current Geoprobe® Employees.

As the distribution lead, you will…

• Serve as the distribution manager’s backup, acting as a point of contact when manager is absent
• Align self with team and manager goals
• Train and develop new hires
• Continually demonstrate and teach standard practices, while identifying opportunities for improvements

• Navigate tough conversations with teammates who are not following procedures
• Update work instructions ensuring accuracy

Requirements

• Can maintain a flexible schedule, available before 8:30am, after 5:30pm
• Strong computer skills – emails, filing documents, navigating Epicor
• Ability to organize and prioritize, with strong attention to detail
• Able to lift 50+ lbs
