BAYADA is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized care and support to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their homes and communities. In this rewarding role, you'll help individuals build life skills, increase independence, and achieve their personal goals while creating lasting, positive relationships. To be considered, candidates must have at least one year of verifiable experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional (DSP):
- Passion for providing mental/behavioral health care to individuals with ID/DD
- Ability to work independently in the community
Locations: Georgetown, Seaford, Bridgeville, Milton, Frankford, Dewey Beach, and surrounding areas.
$17.50-$18/hr.(dependent on experience)
