About this Community Manager (International) role at FIGS
FIGS is looking for a Community Manager to help grow and strengthen our healthcare professional community across Canada and international markets. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional that loves making new connections, is familiar with global social media and influencer marketing, and enjoys helping companies build something from the ground up. You are organized, have excellent follow-through, and an ability to anticipate needs. Most importantly, you care!
What You'll Do:
- Manage and craft the community strategy across the Canada and international markets, supporting 100+ healthcare professional ambassadors globally that act as a FIGS brand microphone.
- Help support strategic community segmentation efforts, with goal-setting by segment.
- Manage the ideation and execution of product launches, 360 campaigns, small-scale events, and other brand initiatives with ambassadors on a global scale, including integration into campaigns/casting, event community management, gifting, sampling & engagement, and UGC creation.
- Actively manage the scouting and recruiting of new ambassadors across the Canada and international markets, while deepening existing brand ambassador relationships.
- Help implement clear processes for the FIGS Awesome Humans Ambassador program.
- Manage the day-to-day, while anticipating personal surprises and delights that feel unique to each community member—this is our community's "secret sauce"!
- Report on influencer marketing campaigns, including EMV and impressions by segment. Effectively use data to improve our efforts.
- Consistently be looking for ways to help FIGS serve those who serve others!
About you:
- 6+ years background in social media and ambassador/influencer marketing and management.
- Ability to travel up to 2x per month throughout Canada.
- Experience with reporting on influencer marketing campaigns and related efforts on an international basis.
- Experience executing contracts internally and externally, especially with a global perspective.
- Experience communicating clearly and effectively via email, phone, and social media.
- Experience representing a brand, communicating values and value propositions.
- A self-starter that acts like an owner. They're self-motivated, highly proactive, and demonstrate an ability to work autonomously, anticipating the needs of the projects assigned to them.
- A people person who is able to build and maintain relationships that are both friendly and allow for a mutually beneficial relationship that lasts across Canada, and international communities.
- Someone who is familiar with social media and influencer marketing. They stay on top of social media trends and the influencer marketing industry worldwide and want to innovate within it.
- Curiosity for discovering influencers and building relationships across North America and globally.
- Someone who understands the need to make a really good impression on the people they work with, no matter where they are located.
- A problem solver. They're adept at creative problem solving, are extremely resourceful, and organized.
- Someone who can work on multiple projects at once and be flexible when timelines and priorities shift.
- Someone who has a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and strong interpersonal skills. They're not afraid to get gritty, roll up their sleeves, and do what needs to be done.
FIGS Compensation and Benefits
Pay Range
- At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $95,000 - $110,000 annually. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
