  • Process Architecture: Build, refine, and scale clinic workflows (e.g., patient check-in, inventory management, team file organization) to meet the needs of a growing practice.
  • Scheduling Ownership: Manage clinician schedules, on-call rotations, and monthly calendars, understanding that precision in scheduling directly impacts provider morale and patient safety.
  • Facility & Compliance: Maintain a safe, welcoming, and high-functioning clinic environment. Oversee vendor relationships and ensure all local and state healthcare regulations and licensing requirements are met.

People Leadership & Coaching

  • Frontline Management: Hire, onboard, and manage a dedicated team of clinic staff, modeling professionalism, empathy, and accountability.
  • Developing Talent: Coach teammates in real time on service excellence and workplace norms, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
  • Interpersonal Bridge: Serve as the connective link between midwives, OBs, and care navigators, ensuring the collaborative care model is consistently delivered.

High-Service Patient Experience

  • Service Excellence: Bring a hospitality-driven approach to patient interactions, ensuring requests are handled promptly and with care.
  • External Liaison: Manage communication with partnering hospitals in the Charlotte area to align care between providers and patients.

About You

  • High Agency: You proactively identify opportunities and solve problems without waiting for instructions.
  • EQ + Analytical Rigor: You navigate sensitive team dynamics while leveraging data to track and improve clinic KPIs.
  • Resilient & Adaptive: You thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace the “beautiful chaos” of a growing clinic.
  • Player-Coach: You lead from the front, ready to jump in wherever needed to support the team or patients.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Direct People Management: Experience hiring, leading, and motivating a team is essential.
  • 5+ years of Operational Experience: Backgrounds in healthcare, hospitality, or high-service environments are preferred.
