Clinical Manager (RN) – Pediatric Home Care
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Wyomissing, PA Pediatric Home Care office as a Clinical Manager. Our office provides best-in-class care to pediatric clients throughout Reading and the surrounding areas.

As a Clinical Manager, you'll support pediatric clients and their families while leading and developing a team of dedicated field nurses.
As a Clinical Manager, you will:

Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional care to pediatric clients.

Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Berks and Lebanon Counties.

Develop individualized pediatric care plans and oversee their implementation.

Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.

Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.

Support the training and development of new and tenured nurses.
-
Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.

Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to nurses, clients, and families.
What We're Looking For:

Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of nursing experience.

Pediatric nursing experience preferred.

Trach/vent experience preferred, or an interest in learning and developing these skills.

Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.

Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric clients and their families.
