Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of RASA restaurant, ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food and outstanding service.
• Create, develop, and implement innovative menus that highlight unique flavors and culinary techniques.
• Maintain quality control and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
• Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership, training, and support to foster a cohesive and motivated team.
• Ensure kitchen operations adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices in food storage and handling.
• Monitor food costs, labor costs, and inventory, while working to remain within budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and management teams to optimize service and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback and make improvements to the dining experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Having experience in handling an all-day dining concept
• Exceptional expertise in menu development and a strong understanding of various culinary trends.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse kitchen team.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in managing food costs and controlling budgets.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, HACCP certification preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining elevated culinary standards.
• A degree in Culinary Arts or a related discipline is highly preferred.
