What you'll do:

-Process and verify vendor invoices
-Perform vendor reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
-Prepare payments to local and international suppliers
Work closely with Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams
-Support month-end and year-end closing processes
-Generate reports and ensure compliance with internal financial controls

What we're looking for:

✔️ Bookkeeping Certificate (Level 2 or equivalent) – required
✔️ At least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience
✔️ Strong Excel skills
✔️ Experience with ERP systems – an advantage
✔️ Good English – an advantage
✔️ Detail-oriented, organized, and a true team player

✔️ תעודת הנהלת חשבונות סוג 2 – חובה
✔️ ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בהנהלת חשבונות ספקים
✔️ שליטה מצוינת ב-Excel
✔️ ניסיון במערכת ERP – יתרון
✔️ אנגלית ברמה טובה – יתרון
✔️ סדר, דיוק, אחריות ויכולת עבודה עצמאית לצד עבודת צוות
