Daydreamer Coffee is looking for an experienced barista to join our team!

The location that is hiring is a coffee cart concept located inside of a leasing office for a student housing building that is currently under construction, called Rambler. The barista position we are hiring for will be training in late-June and then fully operational thereafter. You would be providing coffee for future residents and their guests, as well as the employees of the leasing office. This position runs until middle of May 2027, at which point we close the leasing office. The menu is quite small, but the coffee speaks for itself; we source the best equipment and resources to ensure the best possible experience for the prospective residents.

Pay and Benefits for the position are

• $25/hr
• Paid holidays; anytime the office is closed during the work week, you still get paid for your normal shift.
• Eligible for health insurance
• Paid time off during winter and spring break

The position will start at a slow pace, but as the building is leased up, your day will get busier. Because the coffee will be an amenity, there will be no money handling, which also means no tips, but we are offering a set wage of $25/hr.

Shifts will be M-F 8:30AM-3:30PM, hours of operation are 9AM-3PM. You will be responsible for the entire operation. Our headquarter is in Austin, Texas so we will train you how to operate and maintain the cart, take inventory and place orders, etc. This job is ideal for a responsible and hard-working individual who doesn't need oversight to maintain. Management experience preferred!
