What you will be doing

You will be part of our Assistance Team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email. More specifically, you will:

• Guide and assist customers who have suffered a car breakdown according to their needs, i.e. towing or on-site repair, in a team that operates in shifts (24/7).
• Gather all the required information and car damage details from the customer.
• Provide garage recommendations to customers.
• Promote products and services (garage, credit etc.) to customers.
• Build positive work relationships with customers to enhance the image and public perception of the company.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Contribute to the team’s efforts by accomplishing related goals as needed.
• Assist in the development of different projects within the company.
• Assist with potential customer complaints.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales will be considered a plus.
• Fluent in English.
• Team player and creative thinker.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and to help others keep calm too.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly gross salary range 1210€ - 1750€ (x14 months).
