Job Title: Adults Occupational Therapist - Sefton
Location: Sefton
Pay Rate: £36.65 per hour

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an Adults Occupational Therapist who is a collaborative problem-solver with strong communication skills, dedicated to promoting independence and wellbeing based in Sefton.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Assess the needs of adults with physical or cognitive challenges.
• Recommend equipment and home adaptations to support daily living.
• Work with health and social care professionals to deliver joined-up support.
• Help people return home from hospital safely and with the right support.
• Keep clear records and contribute to care planning.
• Support safeguarding and promote wellbeing in the community.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
