About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Bilingual Admissions Coordinator to guide prospective students through the admissions process—from their first inquiry to enrollment.
This is an inbound admissions and enrollment role where you’ll answer questions, recommend the right training program, explain funding options, and help students confidently take the next step in their education. If you’re fluent in English and Spanish and enjoy helping people make important decisions, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Student Admissions & Enrollment
- Answer inbound inquiries in English and Spanish.
- Understand each student’s goals, interests, and enrollment timeline.
- Recommend the most suitable training program.
- Guide students through the admissions and enrollment process.
- Complete enrollments during the initial call whenever possible.
- Send enrollment paperwork and explain next steps.
Student Consultation
- Explain program details, schedules, start dates, and career outcomes.
- Educate students on available funding options, including VA Education Benefits and state workforce programs.
- Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism.
Lead Follow-Up
- Follow up with prospective students who have not yet enrolled.
- Maintain communication throughout the decision-making process.
- Build trust and provide a positive admissions experience.
CRM & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate student records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with campus staff on class availability and start dates.
- Keep enrollment records organized and up to date.
Required Experience & Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- 2+ years of experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, consultative sales, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to handle objections and close enrollments or sales over the phone.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Experience using CRM or call-tracking systems.
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills.
- Professional phone presence and customer service skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office.
Nice to Have
- Admissions or enrollment experience at a vocational, trade, or career school.
- Knowledge of VA Education Benefits or state workforce funding programs.
- Experience selling educational, healthcare, or vocational training programs.
- Experience supporting healthcare and skilled trades education programs.
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Answer inbound student inquiries.
- Recommend programs based on student goals.
- Explain tuition, schedules, and funding options.
- Guide students through enrollment.
- Follow up with prospective students.
- Update CRM records and coordinate with campus staff.
