At Mirakl, our tech department is known as Labs teams. It is structured around almost 20 squads dedicated to creating and developing our SaaS solutions and their features. Mirakl Labs is the heart of the reactor, where it all begins!
The Product team (Product Managers, Designers) works closely with the engineering teams to develop high-quality solutions, while supporting the company's growth with a robust and scalable infrastructure. Together, the Labs teams share a common ambition: to work in synergy, support the development of our customers' businesses, and design intuitive applications.
Composed of data scientists, data engineers, and analytics engineers, the AI teams develop advanced solutions to optimize the marketplace experience. Their innovations include catalog automation, fraud detection, predictive sales analysis, and customer service improvement. Working closely with the Product and Tech teams within Mirakl Labs, the AI team contributes directly to the growth and operational excellence of our customers.
The tech culture at Mirakl is based on two essential pillars: collaboration and code quality. Each pull request is systematically reviewed, and high-level automated test coverage ensures reliable and high-performance deliverables. Deeply committed to innovation, Mirakl invests in a modern stack, integrating cutting-edge technologies such as Kubernetes, Spring Boot, React, Kafka, and Java to accelerate its customers' ecommerce transformation and be engaged in a process of continuous improvement.
With more than 30 microservices in production, developed using Spring Boot and ReactJS, Mirakl Labs teams rely on REST APIs and Kafka to ensure smooth and efficient communication between services.
